Next Tuesday 17th I’m cooking with the redoutable Rowley Leigh at Le Cafe Anglais, as part of a new series of evenings which are detailed here.
This is the menu we’ve come up with:
* Pea and lettuce soup with lovage and anchovy fritters
* Salmon tartare with pickled cucumber and cucumber sorbet
* Stuffed and rolled shoulder of lamb with cockles
* Strawberry and elderflower trifle
