Next Tuesday 17th I’m cooking with the redoutable Rowley Leigh at Le Cafe Anglais, as part of a new series of evenings which are detailed here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This is the menu we’ve come up with:<\/p>\n

* Pea and lettuce soup with lovage and anchovy fritters<\/p>\n

* Salmon tartare with pickled cucumber and cucumber sorbet<\/p>\n

* Stuffed and rolled shoulder of lamb with cockles<\/p>\n

* Strawberry and elderflower trifle<\/p>\n
