This evening marks the start of the Jewish Pesah <\/em>festival. I imagine that many, like myself, believed that the observing of Pesah <\/em>involved little more than avoiding yeast and munching flatbreads, but it’s not quite as simple as that, as my friend Alex explains so eloquently:<\/p>\n
